This $50M fund has an opportunistic mission and is designed for the investor who focuses less attention on current yield and more on appreciation.

Total fund size is anticipated to be between $50M. The focus of the fund is on income-producing, multi-family property in high growth markets in the US but this does not exclude Mr. Cardone from considering other commercial properties, including office, retail or the likes.

Minimum investment is $1,000,000 with a max of $5M by any one investor or investing entity and the hold time is the same as previous funds.
