The property generates immediate positive cash flow from a high-income renter base with an average household income of $178,500 — residents who choose to rent here because buying nearby costs nearly $9,500 per month.
By integrating institutional-quality real estate with Bitcoin exposure, the Fund is designed to offer a balanced investment approach that capitalizes on both stable cash flow and long-term appreciation potential.
