Now introducing the 10X Boca Raton Bitcoin Fund our 5th investment strategy where luxury multifamily real estate generates monthly cashflow to buy and accumulate Bitcoin over time.
Start investing in less than 5 minutes
As Seen On
We’re combining the reliability of income-producing real estate with the explosive upside of Bitcoin.
Real estate provides stability. Bitcoin adds exponential potential. Together, they work harder.
Grant Cardone asked:
“What if we had converted every rent check from the last 12 years into Bitcoin?” The answer? A $160M portfolio could’ve become nearly $3 billion.
This is the strategy
We're not speculating. We're stacking BTC, funded by stable, cash-flowing assets.
You get exposure to both without lifting a finger.
From high-occupancy multifamily properties with strong, consistent cash flow
Earn Bitcoin exposure automatically — no wallets, no tech required
We manage the real estate and the crypto under one trusted platform
Beat fiat depreciation with hard assets that hold real value
Property generates income → buys BTC monthly for long-term accumulation
